The Academy Challenge All Star Program is aimed at 5-12 year old girls, presented by current college soccer players, college coaches and other professional coaches. It is structured and a progressive program to develop core soccer skills. The challenge is designed to create maximum enjoyment and involvement and to help young soccer players realize their full potential.
Each course lasts for 12-weeks. It focuses in on the game's four essential skills - dribbling, passing, control and shooting, as well as improving co-ordination, balance, fitness and social skills. The Academy All Star Challenge is divided into three age groups, each with 3 levels: 5-7 years 8-11 years and 12 years and upwards, all with levels 1-3 and a 'Premier Academy' (more details below). Each of the four skills are coached for two weeks then tested at the end of the course. There is then a presentation week on each level of the challenge. Children will then either progress to the next level or continue to develop their skills. Once all three levels have been achieved children will progress to the Premier Academy
